A free, on-site hydraulic accumulator survey (test) involves a review of your existing accumulator setup with a report on recommendations. This can help ensure your accumulator systems are safe, efficient, and meeting regulatory requirements, such as the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR) 2000.
T & Cs: You will not be charged for any recommendations from the site visit, if your accumulator is in good working order. However, if your accumulator is found to be out of date, and you decide not to replace it following on our report, then you would be charged a fixed fee for the site survey (test).

At MT Engineering & Hydraulic Services, we have a service and repair facility where we can test your accumulators.
We aim to provide stress free accumulator management with maximized performance, efficiency and safety.
The Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR) 2000 require hydraulic systems containing gas-loaded accumulators over a certain age to be tested periodically as a minimum.
It also stipulates that a Written Scheme of Examination must be in place before system operation. Users and owners of the systems are also required to demonstrate that they are familiar with the safe operating limits of their systems and that under those conditions the systems are safe.
Users of accumulators should declare to their insurance companies that they comply to regulation.
